Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced full-stack senior software engineer looking to make a large impact in a fast-growing startup and step into a leadership role.  Work alongside our CTO as we grow our engineering teams and scale our platform.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Be fully immersed with the product team helping us solve problems with the right solutions
  • Follow good architecture/design practices to ensure robust and scalable solutions are implemented
  • Full stack development work on new projects and improving/supporting existing systems

Job requirements

  • Experience, Experience, Experience!
  • Our stack is ReactJS, C#, SQL Server, Elastic Search, CosmosDB, running on Azure
  • Key skills needed: C#, SQL Server, internal & 3rd party API integrations
  • Bonus skills: JavaScript (ideally ReactJS or Angular), Azure Mgmt, DevOps/Deployments, Team Leadership

 

Head of Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer interested in building our advertising strategy and team from the ground up. Work alongside our CMO as we grow our marketing teams and scale our reach.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop advertising framework & strategy including budget, headcount, and key initiatives
  • Implement and maintain digital initiatives including all paid media, content syndication, ABM campaigns, and more
  • Work alongside the sales team to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Building a team of talented digital marketers

Job requirements

  • Experience, Experience, Experience!
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budget and maximizing customer acquisition costs
  • Data driven marketer with experience in google analytics, HubSpot, excel, etc.
  • Bonus skills: Team leadership

 

Business Development Reps

The BDR role is responsible for executing pre-sales activities including outbound prospect development and qualification, handling incoming calls and messages from prospects and customers, processing and qualifying leads from trade shows and marketing campaigns. The primary measure of success are the quantity and quality of leads generated for the Account Executive sales team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through outbound and inbound campaigns, including cold calling, email, trade shows, social selling, and more.
  • Help prospects develop solutions to help them increase marketing efficiencies and sales
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales leadership to set appointments and grow your career

Job requirements

  • 6 months proven sales experience (B2C, door to door, or B2B)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Digitally savvy

 

Account Executive

The AE role is responsible for managing all components of the sales pipeline and exceeding quarterly sales quota. If you are a seasoned SaaS sales professional looking for unlimited upside, we want to meet you.
