We know, we know... we're crazy. But we couldn't help ourselves. The Wooly team is full of a bunch of podcast junkies and we just had to get in on the action so we grabbed a microphone, jumped in a padded room, and started a podcast about Customer Commerce.
Ok, so it's a little more thought out than that, but you get the idea.
We're sitting down with some of our favorite marketers to dissect the typical, and not so typical ways they've grown their brands. We're digging down beyond surface level to understand what initiated a given strategy, discuss how they created internal buy-off on the idea, learn how they executed, and delve into the results. But this podcast isn't just going to be about cool marketing strategies (and customer commerce) – we'll share a few laughs, explain inside jokes, and talk about whatever pops into our head.
In our beta episode (we apologize for the on again, off again, sound), Scott and Nick share how they first met and how Nick approached Scott to become the CMO of Wooly (it's pretty unique). They also share two similar – and embarrassing stories – about how they stiffed the valet driver at Deer Valley... only later using those experiences to formally stumble across the concept of customer commerce.
